The Nebraska Nursery and Landscape Association is proud to offer two scholarships to Nebraska students majoring in the horticulture industry. One scholarship is dedicated to University of Nebraska students and one scholarship is designated to students attending area colleges with horticulture programs.
Deadline is November 1.

Who: Full time student enrolled in a horticulture program at:

Scholarship Value: Two $1,000 scholarships

Guidelines: This scholarship is awarded on the basis of high character, leadership, and excellence in studies. The student should be actively seeking employment in the nursery industry after graduation. Applicants must be permanent residents of Nebraska and must have successfully completed one semester of studies.
Criteria & Procedure: The scholarship committee is composed of board members and members at large from the Nebraska Nursery and Landscape Association.
A student may be considered as a candidate for these scholarships only after the application form and the scholarship requirements have been completed. Students may be required to respond to questions from the committee.
All students that graduate in December of the current year will be ineligible. Any student that has received a previous scholarship fro the Nebraska Nursery and Landscape Association will be ineligible.
The students selected for each scholarship will be notified and invited to the Nebraska Green Expo. Each $1,000 scholarship will be presented at the general membership meeting.
